In 1968, J.A.Coderch began drawing what will be his largest residential complex—the Cotxeres estate in the Sarriΰ neighbourhood of Barcelona. The estate will be built on the former site of the Miralles estate, currently the site of the neighbourhood bus depot. This book features a wealth of visual documentation on the project, including sketches, perspectives, site plans, elevations, sections, a stage-by-stage diary, and comments by Coderch with the latest interior and exterior images of the building.
