We currently ship to Cyprus using our own Delivery Drivers and International World Wide using Cyprus Post Service. For International Courier Service please contact us.
Shipping is Automatically Calculated during Checkout procedure based on your Shipping Address in your My Account Settings.
To place an order by telephone, please call us at +357 22662072 and we’ll be happy to assist you with your purchase. Knowledgeable, courteous operators are ready to assist you.
Shipping Time
Shipping Time is Estimated only in Working Days in our Zone Shipping Tables. For example, if you see 5 Days in our Zone Shipping Tables this means that we estimate that you will receive your items in 5 Working Days.
Shipment Tracking
All Orders Shipped abroad using a 3rd Party Service are provided with a Tracking Number. You may view the Process or Location of your Shipment via the Order Details in Order History on My Account Page.
Shipping Terms
In order to proceed with Shipping, you must enter a correct Shipping Address during Checkout or in My Account Page. Make sure that the address you have provided is correct or your shipment will get lost.
We will not be held responsible for shipping to the wrong address if you provide such.
All orders are shipped on the Next Day. This term might change due to Item Availability and you will be notified.
We will not be held responsible for any shipment loss due to natural disasters like fire, plane crash or courier and post-service errors. We are only responsible for Packing Orders, hand them to your preferred shipping service and provide you with a Tracking Number. We will not be held responsible for any shipment problems after the order has left our facilities.
