This edition is dedicated to recent work by Annette Gigon and Mike Guyer, who together run an architectural practice based in Zurich. It introduces twelve projects in Switzerland along with two exhibitions, all of which reveals the essence of their approach towards the site in everyday practice. In recent years, the office’s breadth of scope has expanded in terms of both type and size. Featuring detached houses, an array of apartment and office buildings, as well as plans for larger area developments, the examples shown here are accompanied by two critical essays and an interview with the architects.
