Description
Giancarlo Mazzanti is the main focus of this issue, wherein ten current projects by the Colombian architect are profiled with models, detailed drawings, and renderings. Their organisation favours growth and adaptation to time, place and social challenges, and involve the user in the creative process. Among these works are stadiums for the South American Games and the Biblioteca España, both in Medellín, the Pies Descalzos School in Cartagena, and the Panamerican University in Bogotá. Also in this issue, OMA’s Taipei Performing Arts Centre, plus competition entries for Budapest’s House of Hungarian Music by Sou Fujimoto, Kengo Kuma, and others.
