This is a reproduction of the original A Description of the Historic Monuments of Cyprus – Studies in the Archaeology and Architecture of the Island, written by George Jeffery and published in 1918. As many English traveleres did during the British domination of Cyprus, George Jeffery had visited Cyprus and wrote a book in which makes a description of the historic monuments of the island.
This book may have occasional imperfections such as missing or blurred pages, poor pictures, errant marks, etc. that were either part of the original artifact, or were introduced by the scanning process. Despite its imperfections this work is culturally important.
